All round service with a smile! A Courier’s responsibility begins with welcoming new arrivals, making them feel at ease and ensuring that their accommodation is both inviting and cleaned to a high standard. As a Courier you will always be the customers’ main point of contact and you will be expected to provide local information and give assistance if required. Part of this role involves helping out with minor repairs to accommodation and equipment. You will also be involved in administration duties and keeping basic accounts.

 In this role you will also be working towards an Advanced Apprenticeship/Apprenticeship in customer service or travel services.  You will have a dedicated Assessor who will offer you support and guidance in order for you to successfully achieve the qualification. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification while working and living overseas!

Requirements• Previous work experience • A good working knowledge of the English language and basic numeracy• You should have lots of energy, basic common sense and a genuine desire to help people • Previous experience of team activities
