Assistant Chef

Hotel de Werdenberg betriebs GmbH

Assistant Chef wanted for the ski season to join a young team and work in a 26 bedroom family run hotel in the ski village of Eben in the Sportwelt Amade region of the Austrian Alps. Be part of a team of 12 staff not a number within a large Company.

Applicants should have good knowledge of kitchen duties required and be able to work as part of a team of four.  Two kitchen porters, one assistant chef and one head chef. Duties required are being second in command to our Head Chef all aspects of food preparation, able to help produce canapes, starters, main course and deserts and take control of the kitchen on the Head Chefs day off.  Relevant qualifications necessary.

Accommodation is provided in the hotel as are all meals and uniform. A free drink may be taken in the bar each evening. Lift pass is refunded at the end of the season and flights to and from Austria are paid for you.
