As Bar Manager/ Bar Supervisor you will have full responsibility for running the bar in one of our Chalet Hotels. Under your leadership a small team will provide effervescent service to our guests. Your bar will be profitable and as the season progresses you will create and implement new procedures to increase sales and minimize waste. It will always be clean, well stocked and appropriately staffed, and your cash and stock control will be impeccable.

You will need to be organised, punctual, comfortable dealing with figures and able to gain the respect of your staff.

As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical indoor and outdoor duties throughout the season and ensure that you fully support Chalet Hotel, Chalet and Child Care programmes.

Required Experience:

• Bar management/bar supervision and customer service essential

• Cashing up and stock control experience essential

• Sales experience essential

• Staff training and rota creation desirable

• EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
