Chalet Chef

Experienced chef/cook to run chalet that sleeps 12 and supervise 2 chalet staff.  This is a premium chalet and demands a high standard of catering. Therefore cook should have at least 3 years experience.  The chalet chef will be responsible for providing full breakfast, tea, canapes and 4 course dinner for up to 12 guests.  Chalet Chef should also be willing to assist chalet girls in cleaning and tidying.  Chef is provided with own bedroom live in.  Chalet chef must have driving licence and hold a British passport.
