A very varied front of house role where you will have the opportunity to really develop your customer service and language skills- and of course your skiing!
Working in one of our chalet hotels, you will deal with all aspects of guest relations including:
Guests enquiries, feedback and complaints
Problem solving
Providing resort information to guests
Liasing with suppliers, ski schools, doctors etc
Translating
Reception duties

Requirements:
You will be used to dealing with customers and problem solving, therefore your customer service skills will be of a very high standard. All of our front of house staff must also be very professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
A very high standard/ Fluency in French, German or Italian is also required.
