Minimum age 21 years old.
Main duties include; Preparing buffet breakfast and 3-course evening meal at a set time. An active, hands on role working in the kitchen alongside a second team member.
All aspects of preperation of meals, organising and delegating duties to run the kitchen efficiently.
Prepare suitable menus from supplies available.
Ordering food stocks and working to a pre-assigned budget (a weekly budget will be allocated, the chef is to organise shopping and complete accounts once per week which are handed to the Resort Manager).
Kitchen, dining room and all communal areas to be kept clean daily.
One complete day off per week, other staff will cover duties.
