A unique opportunity has arisen in the Esprit Ski operational programme for an Area Chalet Hotels Manager. In this role you will be expected to manage and administrate the Chalet Hotel portfolio, to monitor and deliver the company set standards, maintain a profitable operation through cost control and revenue generation and to identify and develop the Hotel Management team.Reporting to the General Manager for Chalet Hotels, you will be resposible for team management, product and property quality control, overseeing budgets and cost controls and supplier relationships.As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical indoor and outdoor duties throughout the season, and ensure that you fully support Chalet Hotel, chalet and Child Care programmes.

Required Experience

• Hotel management and customer service experience essential
• Restaurant management experience essential
• Good command of French or German and full clean driving licence essential
• Sales experience desirable
• EU passport holders only, with UK residency and UK permanent National Insurance number
