Your role would entail preparing breakfasts and afternoon teas of freshly baked cakes. On 6 nights per week you would prepare a dinner party or bistro-style 3 course evening meal with vegetarian option. You will have the chance to meet a variety of interesting people each week and share in their holiday experience. You must be able to work with a menu plan within budget guidelines. You may be required to assist in the cleaning of the chalet depending on its size. Between 8 and 30 covers.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience: Extensive kitchen/catering experience to a high level, and knowledge of specialist diets are essential.

Location: French Alps (various resorts).

Salary: Competitive + Benifits 

• A competitive wage paid from the day you leave the UK to the day you arrive home.
