JOB DESCRIPTION
Main duties:
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Answering of the telephone.
- Dealing with customer questions and problems.
- Providing information about the resort for the guests.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
- Preparing bills for customers ready for departure.
SALARY: From £1300 per month.
It is the perfect role to progress in French and to develop further your customer service skills.
HOURS OF WORK: Shifts vary according to each establishment's needs. Shifts on reception can often be split, such as 8am - 12 and 4pm to 8pm. You will be required to work 39hrs a week with 2 days off per week.
START AND END DATE: 15th of Novemeber to 30th April 2009
LOCATION: Montpellier
REQUIREMENTS
All applicants for the above position must have:
- A UK address.
- A permanent National Insurance Number.
- An EU passport.
- A high level of French. At least A-Level standard.
- Have basic administration skills and be PC literate.
- Have a good telephone manner.
Other requirements:- Experience as a receptionist is desirable but not imperative and candidates with customer service skills will be considered. It is not necessary but it would be useful if you could speak second foreign language
