Job Details

Club Med recruits Public Relations Coordinators / Front Desk Agents (M/F) for our resorts abroad.

Your role

  • Being the representative for English-speaking guests
  • Arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out)
  • Telephone switchboard
  • Cash-box
  • Sales promotion (stay, meals, B&B)
  • Organising and taking part to cultural events for English-speaking guests
  • Translating information documents and notices
  • Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events…)

Your profile

  • Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry preferred
  • Working experience mandatory
  • IT skills
  • Bilingual English and French mandatory, other foreign languages a plus (German, Dutch, Russian, Italian…)

Your personal skills

  • Professional
  • Diplomatic
  • Organised
  • Ability to talk in public
  • Excellent inter-personal skills

French season contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective).  Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Mediterranée group.
