THESE POSITIONS HAVE NOW BEEN FILLED  BUT IF YOU ARE INTERSTED IN GOING ON THE RESERVE LIST, PLEASE STILL APPLY: 

We are looking for people with previous winter season experience either in a chalet or as a holiday resort manager/rep.

Duties Include:

• Co-ordinating chalet requirements (e.g. shopping delivery, wine ordering, laundry collection and delivery)
• Monitoring resort expenditure and completing weekly accounts for chalets & ski pack sales
• Organising lift pass and ski school requirements
• Assisting guests with all their requirements, problems and difficulties
• Monitoring cleaning standards
• Regular quality control checks on chalets
• Co-ordinating the ski hosting programme
• Communicating transfer information to guests and staff and conducting airport and independent transfers on Saturdays
• Arranging and conducting weekly meetings with chalet staff
• Carrying out disciplinary procedures when necessary
• Dealing with local suppliers
• Dining with guests in their chalet or making an arranged time to visit
• Supervision of staff accommodation to ensure standards are being adhered to
• Arranging evening activities such as skidoos and bob sleigh

Requirements:

• Experience of working/ running a chalet
• Position of responsibility to have been held for a minimum of 6 months
• Experience of staff management
• French preferable
• Numeric skills
• Ability to ski or snowboard to a good level
• Health & Hygiene qualification
• Drivers licence
• Over 22 years of age

Applicants must hold an EU passport, have a UK National Insurance number and UK bank account. All candidates should be mature and able to prove relevant experience /qualifications.
