As a Senior Instructor you will play a key part in ensuring that our groups have a fantastic holiday and that our Activity Instructors are motivated and focused.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll have the freedom to do what you do best..managing and developing a small team of Activity Instructors ensuring that they plan and deliver quality indoor and outdoor activities to groups of children in a safe, enjoyable and professional manner.  You'll also liase with Head Office and Teachers/Party Leaders, providing activity timetables and information prior, during and post the groups stay. In addition, you will be responsible for staff rotas, training and performance management.

As a senior team member, you'll work with colleagues to ensure that your Centre operates to the quality standards expected, you'll also get involved in other aspects of running the Centre.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• You must be over 21 years old and hold a valid UK driving licence
• Previous experience of instructing - preferably groups of children
• Organisational and motivational skills   
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable

• SPA (single pitch award)
