We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs, Comis Chef, to work in a French run hotel in the Alps for the winter Ski Season.
The Team, will be responsible for producing a full buffet breakfast as well as a 3 course evening meal (the clients will get a choice of 3 per course). You and your team will produce between 120 -180 covers per service.
Knowledge of French is desirable, however not essential.
