The Canyons is the largest single ski and snowboard resort in Utah and one of the five largest in the U.S. The Canyons Resort caters to folks who really love to ski and snowboard and can appreciate how well our diverse terrain holds and protects an average annual 355 inch bounty of snow. Whether you visit as a family, a group or a single, you'll find endless terrain for every style and ability. Take your pick: Long and gentle. Big and Bowled. Steep and steeper. Aspen and pine. 

Ticket sellers are stationed either at Base Camp or in the satellite ticket windows around the resort. They are our front line interaction with our guests time and time again, so it is VERY IMPORTANT TO BE FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. They will get a ½ hour lunch break during their shift. Ski breaks are sometimes allowed depending on the business levels. During the busy season (Christmas and holidays) extra hours may be available and overtime pay is granted after 40 hours has been met for the week. Overtime pay is time and a half the hourly rate. Scheduling for time off can be done through your supervisor, when the level of business allows.  Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years day are holidays that employees are required to work.  Please review our dress code standards before applying.  The complete job description may be viewed for more details. 

Uniform requirements:Season Pass and ticket sellers will be given a soft shell jacket as a uniform. Underclothing and boots will be the responsibility of the employee.  Discounts up to 50% are available in our retail outlet (Canyon Mountain Sports).  Ski/snowboard gear required for work and pleasure is the employee’s responsibility to purchase.
