For 6 days a week you can follow 2 hours a day yoga sessions from the best yogi's out there. You can choose to follow the yoga sessions in the morning or in the evening and after the yoga sessions you just have to walk 20 meters to the nicest beach of Koh Tao. The yoga salla is newly built and nestled under coconut trees.

What helps you relax even more is that many extras are included. a night in Bangkok, transfer to Koh Tao, a pick up from the pier an introduction meal and island introduction and of course accommodation.

You will stay at a nice resort with pool just 5 minutes by foot from the yoga school and the beach. Here you also find nice restaurants and a great social life.

After your yoga session on Koh Tao you can get a wonderful Thai dish, a fruit shake or if you not hungry yet a massage on the beach! Ultimate bliss. Spend lazy days living on a tropical island with not a care in the world.

If you have more energy and want to get super fit you can combine the yoga sessions with the Muay Thai programme on Koh Tao. Both programmes are open to all levels.
