We have loads projects currently running in Tanzania - how do some of these sound to you?

Teaching children in the Maasai area north of Arusha, in sight of Mt. Kilimanjaro! Plenty of walking and hiking available in gorgeous countryside, close to Mt Longido in the African plains.

Helping in an Orphanage close to Arusha. Children aged 3-19. Previous volunteers report an unforgettable welcome and very satisfying work, partly teaching and partly after school activities.

Teaching to children and possibly adults on the slopes of Mt Meru, Tanzania's second highest mountain, just north of Arusha.

Teaching children at primary and secondary level as well as women in a local pottery business. Up in the Pare Mountains at 1700m above sea level with beautiful views across into Kenya.

Pangani, on the coast, needs volunteer teachers for schools and adult centres. Miles of golden sands. The lights of Zanzibar visible on the horizon.

PLEASE NOTE that there is a minimum age of 22 to participate in our Tanzanian programmes.
