Background information on Crystal Ski
Who are Crystal Ski?
We’re proud to be the UK’s no. 1 ski specialist! With over 25 years heritage we’re Europe’s largest ski operator and our passion for snow sports runs right through our business. Take our MD Mathew Prior for example who started out as a Ski Rep, or our Product Director Ian Davis who worked his way up from KPNP! So what’s stopping you from doing the same?
Crystal are proud to be the ski experts and our in resort service is provided by a highly knowledgeable team who recognize the needs and interests of its customers. This is reflected in the way in which we shape and develop our programmes in order to match the expectations of our customers. The huge variety of destinations on offer ensure that there really is a ski resort to suit a variety of customers - from beginners on our 'Learn to Ski' packages, right through to intermediate and advanced skiers and boarders. Meanwhile our 'Pepi Penguin' kids clubs and Nanny Service work hard to entertain the younger, but equally important, customers!

Career Paths
Crystal is a part of TUI Travel PLC, a leading travel organisation. Our Specialist & Activity Sector contains over 100 companies, offering our adventurous and active customers experiential travel from trekking in the Himalayas, attending worldwide sporting events, working on volunteer projects to sailing in the Caribbean!
The scope of our group means that we have the best opportunities available and we’ll assist you in sourcing year round employment in other locations following your ski season (if you want to of course!).
Backed by a big company means we are very secure financially and can offer amazing career opportunities in all four corners of the world. However, we run Crystal from our Kingston HQ relatively independently of the rest of TUI so keep a small company feel and focus to what we do.
Our dedication to training and development also ensures that we can offer longer term employment to our talented and motivated employees, supporting you in forging a fulfilling career in the worlds largest travel organisation. It’s important that you remain focused and deliver high performance to give yourself the best chance for progression.
