JCA is a fantastic employer within the outdoor education industry, with over 16 years experience and an exemplary safety record. We have recently been awarded the Bronze Certificate in Investors in People and we pride ourselves in our staff development programme. Each member of our team have the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification including Apprentiships in Activity Leadership, Customer Service, Business Administration and the TAQA Assessors qualification. Throughout our 13 centres we deliver over 50 land and water based activities are available incorporating: Action & Adventure courses, Camping & Adventure programmes, Eco school studies, Survival exercises, Netball Weekends and Water sports activities. All of our instructors attend a 3 week training course where they are trained in every one of these activities.
