About Us
We’re the ski and snowboard instructor training division of Neige Aventure Ski & Snowboard School, one of the leading snowsports schools in Europe. We’re based in Nendaz, Switzerland, the 2nd largest resort in the 4 Valleys ski region (Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnaz & Thyon).
OnTheMountainPro is a young, fun, vibrant organisation, coupled with a serious commitment to delivering what we promise: exceptional training; exciting, safe and enjoyable skiing and snowboarding; and a truly first class service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
Training
Our BASI GAP course is one of the most comprehensive available, with over 300 hours on-snow training, and 50 hours in the classroom, plus we include specialist mountain environment and safety awareness, ski resort business management seminars, and French tuition.
We provide both ski and snowboard instructor courses, for 10 weeks starting in January each year, culminating in taking your BASI Level 2 assessment in the last two weeks of the course.
The Resort
Put quite simply, Nendaz is one of the best kept secrets in the Alps. A relaxed, friendly town located on a sunny plateau at the centre of Switzerland’s Four Valleys area, one of the largest and most varied ski regions in the world.
Nendaz is busy and lively with a good range of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, coupled with an intimacy often missing from larger resorts. It has a welcoming family atmosphere and you’ll rapidly make new friends and feel totally at home.
