Reach4thealps is a small private chalet company run by myself Gina and my husband Marcus. We are both very keen skiers and love the outdoors, after many years of visiting the Alps on holiday and working several seasons doing all the chalet jobs possible from head chef to head loo cleaner we decided to set up on our own. Last season was our fifth season running Reach4thealps and we now have a portfolio of five chalets based in the two resorts of Les Gets & Morzine in the Portes Du Soleil ski area.

All the chalets are of a high standard but what ensures our repeat rate stays high is the level of customer service and high standard of catering we, along with the help of our staff, offer. This is why we need to continue to have motivated, very capable and happy staff.

As it is our own business we take great pride in looking after our guests and ensuring they have a fantastic holiday. We are both very hard working and expect our staff to be so too.

We do however understand that our staff wish to get out on the slopes as much as possible and like us, enjoy the season to the full.
