Camp Beaumont provides residential activity holidays to children from around the world. Our programmes are filled with adventure and campers take part in activities and excursions throughout the day and further activities during the evening.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic people who have a passion for working with young people to undertake Group Leader roles.

Group Leaders are responsible for the welfare of a group of up to 15 children throughout their stay at camp. This involves the supervision of campers whilst they participate in activities and during mealtimes and entertaining them during their free time.

We are looking for responsible individuals who are able to act on their own initiative, whilst demonstrating high levels of motivation and working hard.

The positions are residential meaning that you’ll be living and working with the same people and will have the opportunity to build up some invaluable friendships.
