We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to work within one of our BeachPlus properties in Greece. The F&B Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the bar, restaurant and kitchen departments. This person will ensure a consistent, high quality and friendly service within budget whilst achieving sales targets. The F&B manager is a 'hands on' role and must lead by example, while being front of house and gaining feedback directly from our guests. The F&B manager is also responsible for the team’s administration; F&B stock controls and budgets. Extensive experience in all areas of F&B delivery are essential in this role, as is excellent people management skills and the ability to work with various nationalities within the team in order to achieve their targets. Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills are essential.
