Season Workers is operated and owned by Houdini Media Ltd which is registered in the UK. We are a Scottish company registration number SC247912. Houdini Media Ltd is also affiliated with Foreign and Commonwealth 'Know before you go' initiative, which is endorsed by the British Foreign Secretary.

Invoicing and payments

With Houdini Media you get standard credit terms of 30 days. VAT receipts are sent as standard and payment may be spread over the duration of your campaign (12 month accounts may be paid quarterly). Who we are

Houdini Media is manned by a team of ex seasonal staff, recruiters and overseas personnel managers. The teams experience covers summer, ski and outdoor pursuits work. The best consultants around Europe provide technical support and development, TEFL expertees and volunteer project knowledge. External information is provided by organisations such as the Foreign and Commonwealth office and associations such as ONREC and Travelmole.

Privacy and security are sacred

If you choose to pay by credit card, your payment is processed via secure servers external to the Houdini Media system. All sites with online payment are fully secured by SECpay and Barclays bank. (See the reassuring padlock symbol on the payment screens).

Data Protection

Houdini Media Ltd fully complies with the data protection act and is a registered data controller (reg. PZ754631X). We will never pass your details on to a third party without asking you and our system is frequently backed up.
