Heyy, the interview is not too bad, you have to do a presentation, some group work and a maths test in the morning, then if you are sucessful in the first half of the day then in the afternoon you have a one-to-one interview and a role play, just remember to keep calm and smile and youll be ok!

Just make sure you prepare yourself as much as you can, do you live near the assessment centre? Make sure you plan your journey for enough time and get there as early as you can, if you are one of the first people there then you can start talking to people when they arrive and that will calm your nerves. Just make sure you keep calm on the day as the assesses are looking to see if you can deal and work under pressure. How is your maths? Xx

Thanks. Yeah I live reasonably near the centre and the centre is right next to the train station so that is a bonus. My maths is ok. Haven't done it properly since school so shall need to brush up on it. What kind of maths questions do they ask?

Everything above is great advice! Be yourself, don't try to be somebody your not! The best bit of advice I can give is to just relax! I wish my interview was in January so I didn't have to wait so long! Just want to go! Sent me £100 this week also!

Yeah I know it is good in the way that I have enough time to prepare but also if I do get picked then will only have to wait 2 months.. WooHoo.. What is the presentation on? Do you find out beforehand?

There's 10 questions and you get 20 minutes, they also give you a calculated. Basically about percentages, and converting euros to pounds and vice versa. Just read the question carefully, and double check your answer that's the best tips I can give! Exactly, be yourself :)
I sent my £100 yesterday! Hope it gets there by Monday with in the 7 days! Really want to find outy placement now!! We still have another month or do yet!! Xx |

So what's the £100 for? What do you have to pay for while you are over there working? How much do you get paid?

Oh thats strange the lady I spoke to said I needed to send it by the end of the week! Never mind, I just want to start getting the information now and I've started buying things already!
The £100 is a security deposit for flights/accomodation/training etc, the wage isn't fantastic but you get your accomodation and training included Xx |
