The head coach has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the camp. Their primary role is to lead and inspire their staff team to achieve high levels of care, coaching, organisation and health and safety. It's so good that many children aged 5-12yrs return year after year. We actively seek to reward staff by promoting from within our teams, staff satisfaction is high and many return year after year
