Chef 

The chef will be responsible for the management of the kitchen, production and ordering of food and accounting at the centre. As a senior member of staff you will be responsible to the Centre Manager. Candidates should have a background in catering and the experience to create and prepare set menus. In busy weeks expect to cater for up to 140 clients. Those who have experience catering in a large chalet during a winter season would suite this position.

Assistant chef 

The Assistant chef will be required to avoid the chef in the production of all meals at the centre and cover the chef on there days off. You ideally will have experience or training in the production of food and have worked in a busy kitchen. Those who have experience as a chef in a chalet during a winter season would suite this position.

Holding a full UK driving licence would be useful but not essential - for both roles
