Responsible to the Head Chef in one of our hotel brigades, you'll be responsible for providing a high standard of food for our guests including a full breakfast, homemade afternoon tea and a 3 course al la carte evening meal. We work from set menus using the freshest ingredients and with a varied kitchen rota you'll have plenty of time out in the fresh air.
