Job Details
Work as cruise ship youth staff onboard one of Cunard Lines world famous cruise ships.
Cruise ship youth staff are responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of a range of sports and activities to a group children aged between 7 and 16 years. The sports and activity sessions will include everything from football and tennis to arts and craft, team building activities and drama games. Cruise ship youth staff also have involvement with other duties on board the cruise ship such as embarkation and disembarkation, muster station duties, welcome on board shows and meeting and greeting children and parents.
Ideal candidates will be educated or working towards a HND/degree in a childcare related or hold at least two NGB sports coaching qualifications and with at least two years of sports coaching experience with children aged 4-16 years.
Experience of working with children of all ages is essential, along with a high level of customer service, motivation, commitment and excellent organisational skills.
Applicants must be British citizens and those with a C1D visa are desirable.
Having a current First Aid qualification will significantly increase the chance of selection.
Experience of working at sea, additional languages and experience of working for Kings Camps in the UK are favourably viewed.
