Restaurant Managers and Supervisors are required to run our busy restaurants within our chalethotels. With your excellent knowledge of all aspects of restaurant management you'll ensure all of our guests experience the high standards of service they are expecting.
You'll be responsible for budgeting, staff training, staff management, customer service, complaint handling, planning of buffet layouts and constant liaison with the Head Chef to ensure all our guests requirements our met.
Your experience must have included a la carte and preferably silver service skills are essential as well as strong interpersonal and staff management skills.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager you'll be involved in management meetings, carry out Duty Manager shifts and assisting with other departments from time to time. You'll therefore not only develop your restaurant skills but learn a lot about general hotel management.
