SOUS CHEF POSITION AVAILABLE IN FRANCE

Gain European experience and enhance you CV by being part of an efficient, commercially aware kitchen providing good quality, healthy meals for our guests. It is essential you maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety. It may be necessary for you to act on behalf of the Head Chef in their absence.

The job requires you to;

  • Ensure the highest standards of health and hygiene in the kitchen, abiding to local and European regulations.
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability of team members within the department
  • Reproduce company set menus to provide healthy, fresh meals to our guests
  • Provide good quality, healthy and varied staff meals within the budget provided

Please note you must meet the following requirements for employment

  • UK National Insurance Number
  • UK Permanent Address
  • UK Bank account
