Vacancy: Cook / Chef required for hotel lodge in Arctic Norway Company: Lyngen Lodge Norway Category: Catering Assistant, Assistant Commis Chef, Head chef Dates: March 2012
We require a cook/chef for catering at the Lyngen Lodge for 16 guests staying on a weekly basis. Menus are set and all produce is locally sourced. Reindeer, fresh cod, fresh salmon, lamb, fresh king crab. Job roles:8 hours per day shifts, full training provided. Accommodation and food included. EU Passport requirement. Driving license. Non smoker. Over 25 years of age apply only, send CV with cooking qualifactions or experience.
