Organise and run daytime and evening activities for children aged 2 - 4 yrs in the Sea Urchins club and 5-13 yrs in the Surfbusters  or Sharksters Clubs.Ensure activities are fun and age appropriate, making best use of the equipment and environment available.Create a child friendly environment whilst considering Health and Safety requirements and adhering to company ratio guidelines.Meet with the parents on daily basis and be available to discuss the individual needs of each infant.Organise snacks and meals for children as and when required. Keep the crèche, clubrooms, equipment and toys clean, well maintained and sterilised as appropriate.Complete any necessary administration and where appropriate take financial responsibility relating to the club.Organise and host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with guests at all times.Be prepared to move between different resorts according to operational needs and to fulfil your contracted end date.Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties requested by your manager according to training given to you.
