Minimum age 18 years old.

Main duties include:

• Must speak fluent French and answer the telephone in French at all times.
• Ensure that coherent, precise message is on the telephone answering machine in French and English and check messages regularly.
• To provide customer service from reception - dealing with queries, foreign exchange, handing out keys, taking money for settlement of all client bills - bar tabs, room service, ski hire, lift passes.
• Liasing with suppliers and dealing with deliveries.
• Working alongside Hotel Managers to complete any necessary administrative tasks given.
• Responsible for the display of necessary client information notices around the reception area.
• To ensure the reception and surrounding areas, which in some instances include the bar and lounge areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and to do this when necessary.
• Serve dinner and participate in après ski entertainment.
