Clubhotel Staff - Château du Baffy

To provide the highest standard of cleanliness and service within the restaurant, guest rooms and public areas, seizing opportunities where possible to exceed expectations.

The job requires you to;

• Prepare the restaurant for service ensuring tables are laid and accompaniments ready
• Serve food and beverages for breakfast, lunch and dinner services promptly and as required
• Clear tables, clean down and polish cutlery and glasses
• Servicing of hotel bedrooms, ensuring they are cleaned to the correct standard, using all cleaning materials economically and according to training provided

Please note you must meet the following requirements for employment

• EU Passport
• UK National Insurance Number
• UK Permanent Address
• UK Bank account

Previous housekeeping or waitress/waiter experience is desirable but not essential. Smart appearance, excellent communication skills, ability to work on own initiative, flexible, friendly and approachable and a team player.
