Work as part of the children’s Fun Station team as a children’s energy courier, base courier or soccer station coach in Europe with one of the world’s leading family holiday providers Eurocamp and Keycamp Holidays, offering self-catering holidays on over 200 of the biggest and best campsites in Europe.
A European holiday camp children's energy courier plans and delivers the morning and afternoon children's activity sessions for children aged 10-12 years and ensures the safety, welfare and entertainment of children in the children's club whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service. A children's energy courier is responsible for organising and leading the children's activity programmes for 5 hours per day, 6 days per week and they must adapt to varying weather conditions, facilities and child numbers.
Experience of working with children and sports coaching is essential, along with a high level of customer service, motivation, commitment and excellent organisational skills.Having a current First Aid qualification will significantly increase the chance of selection.Applicants must be available to work uninterrupted for the full season (June to September). Hours of work and rates of pay are confirmed upon contract. A European holiday camp children's courier team leader is responsible for the management, motivation and development of the children's courier team to ensure they provide a varied and exciting range of quality sports and activities for children in a fun, friendly and safe environment. Children's courier team leaders must effectively manage all aspects of the children's clubs for Eurocamp and Keycamp on a specified campsite and ensure that staff are managed, trained and developed so that customers receive a children's club service which far exceeds their expectations.
