Job Details

HEAD CHEF REQUIRED FOR SERRE CHEVALIER

To run an efficient, commercially aware kitchen providing good quality, healthy meals for our guests. Maintaining high levels of hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards of health and hygiene in the kitchen, abiding to local and European regulations
  • Manage and train the kitchen team
  • Act as Duty Manager for the hotel when required
  • Prepare staff rotas in line with business requirements
  • Ensuring your team is motivated and enthusiastic
  • Production of company set menus to provide healthy fresh foods to our guests
  • Provide good quality, healthy and varied staff meals within the budget provided

Experience of international cuisine, special dietary requirements, stock control and ordering, Level 1 Health & Safety & Level 2 Health & Hygiene an advantage, Able to maximise all business opportunities with a pro-active approach, Good eye for detail and previous man-management experience.

You would need to be available from the end of November to the end of April.
