Job Details
We are looking for a Hotel Programme Executive to aid our current team with the development of our portfolio of hotels and suppliers that link in with these.
Duties will include, but not be limited to;
• Locating partner hotels – will involve cold calling• Contracting – signing agreements with the owners / hotel managers• Collation of information for the brochure – Pricing, Photographs, Descriptions• Sourcing of local suppliers for extras, activities etc.• Attending to and confirming all accommodation requests stop sales, extra allocations, late availability and liaising between our sales/reservations department in the UK and the supplier in respect to these.• Ensuring the accuracy of what is on sale through the various UK websites.• Continued supplier relationship management
Requirements;
French speaking and preferably another European language.
Strong organisational skills
Personable – will need to act as an ambassador for the company
High level of numeracyIT proficient
You will be based at our French office of Aigueblanche for ease of access to the hotels of the French Alps although travel to other destinations in mainland Europe will be a requirement, particularly Italy and Austria.
This position would suit a language graduate with high level of numeracy and commercial awareness.
Some experience with the travel and tourism industry is desirable.
