As an Esprit Ski Resort Child Care Manager your responsibilities will include overseeing all operational and guest related aspects of the resort child care management, supervising and organising the child care team and ensuring that our high standards and procedures within our Nurseries and children's activity clubs are maintained. You will provide the regional and head office with regular and accurate reports.

You will need to be a confident and outgoing person with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Required Experience

• Two years experience within a child care setting
• CACHE DCE, NNEB, B-TEC or NVQ 3 equivalent qualifications an advantage
• Previous supervisory experience essential
