We have been introducing young people to exhilarating watersports for over 50 years and now operate six Royal Yachting Association (RYA) recognised teaching establishments in France and Spain.
Whether you are looking for a career in the outdoor industry or just want to spend some time instructing your favourite activity, PGL has excellent opportunities for qualified and unqualified people.
We are looking for people who can share their passion for the water with our young guests and inspire, motivate and reassure.
If you are a qualified RYA instructor, you will lead our popular watersports sessions, teaching our guests the basics of sailing.
There are also opportunities for senior roles, including Team Leader Positions and to further your own RYA qualifications through our extensive training programme.
PGL uses Picos, Toppers, Funboats, Wayfarers, Wayfarers Worlds, Lasers, Drascombe long boats and Hobie 15 Catamarans. Sessions are held either inland or on the sea, depending on the centre’s location.
If you are a keen and competent sailor, but don’t hold any formal qualifications, we operate RYA courses and assessments for many successful applicants.
These include qualifications for RYA Assistant Instructor, Dinghy Instructor and senior Instructor.
We also have positions for Windsurfing Instructors and Keelboat Instructors.
