Camp Leaders is a cultural exchange organisation that specialises in young people who are interested in working with children to America to work on a summer camp.

We work with over nine hundred different types of summer camps from private, independent facilities to those servicing persons with special needs. Participants will be placed on a camp anywhere from New York to California! There is no limit to the amount of staff we recruit for the following positions: general counselors, activity leaders, lifeguards & swim instructors and support staff.

Camp Leaders works closely with each participant to find the camp and position that would be most suitable for them. At the end of the day, it’s your summer and we want you to have as much fun at camp as the kids do. Basically, you get paid to play!

We will arrange everything from your flights to your work visa, and while living on camp, food and accommodation is provided. Our dedicated team is based between Great Britain and the United States, working to support each applicant through the entire process and beyond.
