Master One Of The Oldest Extreme Sports In The World, Freediving.

Freediving is about pushing your limits and ultimately exploring the sea, with out the limitations of Scuba equipment.

Spending weeks improving your technique, while you live on a beautiful tropical island, getting fit and pushing your comfort zone. During your internship you will also be assisting the instructors. 

We will assist you in many ways and teach you as much as possible. Different breathing  techniques will be introduced and lectures about different topics: physiology, diet, training, visualization, etc.to get you up to the next level of free diving.

Where is it? The training takes place on Koh Tao. The Free diving school is just 5 meters away from the beach and after the training it is a very nice place to socialize with other free divers.

Hotel in Bangkok, Bangkok transfer to Koh Tao, accommodation, training, gear, 24/7 Xtreme Gap island support, orientation and welcome dinner included in the price.
