PGL is the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays and educational courses for children. We're recruiting now for a Chef to provide our guests with nutritious meals that fuel them for their day of activities.
We're looking for both qualified Chefs and unqualified people with previous experience of working in a large-scale canteen style kitchen to join our staff teams.
Working as a PGL Chef is an exciting position that offers you the chance to build on your experiences and take charge of your own kitchen and staff team.
As the Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation and kitchen hygiene. You will also assist your centre's Head Chef in supervising your team of Catering Assistants.
This vacancy is available at our centre in Wiltshire, a former conference centre and hotel set in 150 acres of stunning grounds. The site is currently undergoing development to transform accommodation and communal areas into a haven for excited young guests. When fully developed, the centre will accommodate up to 600 guests each week, with the eventual operating season running from February until November.
