King’s Camps is the UK’s leading sport and activity camp provider for children during the school holidays. Working for King’s Camps as a multi-sports coach is a great opportunity to earn money during the holidays while working in the outdoors, coaching sport and having fun.
A King's Camps multi-sport coach is responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of a range of sports and activities to a group of age specific children attending King's Camps. Multi-sport coaches are responsible for the care and safety of their group of children throughout each week and for delivering a fun and varied sports coaching experience.
- Candidates will be proficient in coaching a range of sports, preferably net and wall, invasion games or striking and fielding games, have an NGB sports coaching qualification in at least one sport, or are studying towards a teaching, coaching or PE qualification.
- Experience of working with children aged 14-17 years is essential and mentoring experience will be beneficial.
- Having a current First Aid qualification will significantly increase the chance of selection.
- Hours of work are between 8am and 6pm and will be confirmed by contract.
- Rate of pay is dependent upon contract.
