Château de Grande Romaine is home to our specialist French language courses and study tours into Paris, Disneyland Paris® and the surrounding area. It’s a great centre from which to explore Paris, and a wealth of world-famous tourist attractions including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, Sacre Coeur and Montmartre and the Musee d'Orsay. The Château was previously a three star hotel and is set in 70 acres of private grounds. There are 44 staff members on centre, which together with a bar, gym, full-sized football pitch and volleyball courts on-site, which makes for a great sociable atmosphere. Accommodation is provided for staff and three meals a day are served in the dining room by the catering team.    

Ideal location if you’re a  French-speaker wanting to put your language skills into action, from historic landmarks to rustic markets. French as a second language is not required for all positions, including Catering, Housekeeping, Retail and Site Assistants. The local town has a supermarket, pizzeria, shops, a Saturday morning market and quintessential French bars. The centre organises an annual football tournament for PGL UK and local French teams.
