Job Details
As a Hotel Assistant Manager you will work alongside another Assistant Manager in one of our Chalet Hotels, assisting the Hotel Manager with guest and staff welfare, maintaining our high standards, procedures and image as well as supervising staff and organising duty management shifts. When on shift your role is to ensure the smooth overall running of the Chalet Hotel.
You will be responsible for the management of the restaurant, housekeeping, reception and bar under the guidance of the Hotel Manager, providing accurate reports where necessary. You will therefore need to be a confident and outgoing person with excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work within a team.
As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical indoor and outdoor duties throughout the season, and ensure that you fully support Chalet Hotel, chalet and Child Care programmes.
Required Experience

Hotel management and customer service experience desirable

Restaurant and housekeeping experience essential

Good command of French or German and full clean driving licence desirable
