Manager required for a luxury lodge/hotel located in the stunning Lyngen Alps of Norway. The Lyngen Lodge is a concept hotel offering families, groups and corporate events a combination of high standard cuisine, hosting, guided mountain and fjord adventures and relaxation into nature.
Managerial responsibilities: Hosting up to 16 guests. Managing 5 to 7 Staff members. Formulating staff schedules. Front of house welcoming and departing and hosting of guests. Activities and logistics organizer. Food orders. Guest payments. Staff training and up holding standards. Reporting to the board with progress and statistics.
Requirements Previous hotel managerial experience 25 years of age or above only Interested in the outdoors and nature Non smoker Driving License Able to interact front of house and host at a personable level You are able to live in wild natural secluded environment.
