Work in se season in one of the top ski resorts in the world!

As Chalet Chef your responsibilities will include the smooth running of your kitchen, keeping within the set budgets, supervising and organising your chalet team and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.

You will also ensure that procedures and company image are maintained at all times. You will provide excellent quality meals, presented to a high standard, for between 20 and 60 guests in one of our larger chalets.

You need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities, with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to work within a team.

As well as the general skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as deliveries, snow clearing, assisting with luggage and lifting. You will be expected throughout the season to fully support the chalet and Child Care programmes in your resort.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualification or proven experience in the catering industry essential
• Customer service and supervisory experience essential
• EU passport holders only, with UK residency and UK permanent National Insurance number
