Reservations Assistant & Transfer Coordinator for Airport/ Resort Transfers: Based in the Haute Savoie Area of France.
A great opportunity to work in the French Alps for Transfer Intelligence (www.transfer-intelligence.com), specialists in Airport to Resort transfers, throughout Europe. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to become part of our dedicated team. This position involves coordinating & scheduling our Airport to Resort transfers throughout Europe. This position would be ideally suited to an individual who is well organised, as attention to detail is paramount.

The Position & Duties:
Dealing direct with our clients & suppliers, to coordinate our airport transfers accurately & efficiently. Working with a small team. The position requires someone who is dedicated, well organised and has the ability to handle emergency situations efficiently and accurately.
Hours of work:
Varying days & hours.
5 days per week.
40 hours per week.
Split shifts & weekends will be required on 'transfer days' & holidays.
Duties Include:
Processing on-line and telephone bookings, accurately.
Taking reservations via telephone, & dealing with clients enquiries.
Assisting with transfers to and from the local airports/ resorts.
Scheduling bookings.
Quoting clients who have asked for prices via email or telephone.
Making changes to existing booking.
Liaising with suppliers, in emergency and non-emergency situations.
Keeping the on-line computer database, bookings & prices up to date.
Giving T.I clients the best service; being polite & friendly at all times.
Dealing with clients’ emergency situations quickly & efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must be computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
Good knowledge of French or Italian. (French is spoken on a daily basis).
Other language skills would be beneficial.
Must speak fluent English.
Previous office experience benefical.
Minimum age 26 yrs.
Full, clean driving licence.
This position requires you to be available from Oct/Nov 2008 for at least 5 months.
