Delicious, varied meals are a vital part of a great holiday. You’ll assist the Head Chef in preparing all the food at your hotel, from hearty breakfasts to crèche meals, packed lunches to three course feasts in the evening. You’ll also assist with stock takes, and carry out rigorous cleaning regimes to ensure our kitchens are absolutely spick and span.
If you’re looking to develop your catering career in a stunning environment, then this could well be the role for you. To succeed, you’ll need to be friendly, hardworking and very conscientious in your work. Open-minded and keen to learn, you’ll want to pick up a few tricks of the trade from our experienced chefs during your time here.
