Join our hotel team in this very varied front of house role where you will have the opportunity to develop your customer service and language skills. Assisting in all aspects of guest relations including guests enquiries, feedback and complaints, translating, organising excursions and airport duties.
Essential requirements are customer service experience, professional with excellent interpersonal skills. You must have a friendly, helpful manner and be prepared to go out of your way to ensure our guests have a memorable holiday.
A good standard of French or Italian is essential.
